Hi! I’m Megan,
your Travel & Clarity Guide

If you've found your way here, something is probably pulling at you.

Maybe it's a trip you've been putting off - a destination that keeps appearing in your dreams, your Pinterest boards, your quiet moments.
Maybe it's something less defined: a sense that you've been moving fast for a long time and you're ready to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Either way - you're in the right place.

I work with women who are ready to create experiences that actually mean something.
Not another getaway.
Not a retreat with a rigid schedule.
Something more personal - a journey designed around who you actually are, where you're being called to go, and what you actually need right now.
Sometimes that's a trip you've been dreaming about.
Sometimes it's simply creating space to pause and be.

Most women find they need both.

A little about my path:

I spent 21 years in the corporate world, but the pull toward something different started long before I left. My first solo trip - Budapest, 2016 - cracked something open in me. I came home invigorated, clearer, and more myself than I'd felt in years. It would take six more years to finally make the leap - but that trip planted the seed for everything that followed.

Since then I've traveled through South America, Central America, Europe, Türkiye, and Morocco. I've lived in Nosara, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, and now Casablanca. 46 countries explored and counting - and a deepening relationship with my own intuition.

Along the way I trained in functional medicine health coaching, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki - not as credentials to collect, but because I was genuinely curious about how to feel well, whole, and aligned. That work changed how I travel, how I plan, and how I support others.

What I've learned - slowly, through cobblestone streets and unexpected detours and moments of genuine pause - is simple:

Travel has the power to heal, awaken, and expand us - when it reflects who we truly are, not who we think we should be.

And the moments of slowing down that change everything? Those are available anytime, anywhere. No passport required.

What working with me looks like:

I'm not a one-size-fits-all travel planner. I'm also not a traditional wellness coach. I sit somewhere in between - a guide who understands both the logistics of a deeply personal journey and the inner landscape you're navigating at the same time.

Whether you're starting with the guidebook, a clarity conversation, or a fully curated travel experience, everything I offer is designed around one question:

What do you actually need right now?

If you're ready to find out - I'm here.

With love and wanderlust,
Megan xx

Curious to know more on how I got here? Here’s a little more of my story

But first…here’s a sample of a recent memorable and impactful travel experience.

Travel has a way of working its magic, surprising me time and time again. Just when I think I know what I need, it offers clarity I never expected.

In 2024 I had my heart set on visiting Valencia, Spain. Flight was booked... yet I was forced to pivot plans last minute, and I found myself in Sicily.

I arrived in Catania unprepared. Skeptical, I figured I’d move on quickly. Instead, Sicily swept me into its slow, soulful rhythm. For two weeks, I explored the eastern coast at a pace as relaxed as the locals.

The experience - I felt easily aligned, light, joyful, clear, intuitive, energized and in my feminine, yet also deeply grounded. These ‘magical’ moments - when we’re soul aligned and connected - are part of our unique soul maps and compass, and excite me to support others in experiencing.

Sicily, once an unexpected detour, is now a place I know I’ll return to. Until then, you’ll find me savoring its sweetness and soul-stirring moments.

How Travel Brought Me Home to Myself

I always dreamed of traveling the world, but like many, I grew up with more traditional vacations -trips to Ocean City, MD, or family adventures to Disney World.

As I got older, I followed the “safe” path:
graduate, get a good job, and wait for the “perfect” time to pursue my dreams.
But deep down, I always felt the pull to explore far beyond the familiar.

After college, I moved to New York City to climb the corporate ladder. While immersed in the hustle, my dreams of distant lands never faded. A Travel & Leisure subscription fed my wanderlust, and I began to imagine the day when I would travel the world -when I had the right partner, money, and freedom.

But that “someday” always felt out of reach.

In my late 20s, I moved to Chicago, where new friends with shared wanderlust enabled me to take trips on the other side of the world - South Africa, Singapore, Bali, the Philippines.
While the trips weren’t fully solo, they sparked something within me:

I loved the idea of exploring the world on my own terms.

Even then, I wasn’t ready to take the full leap. I kept waiting for the “right time” to travel solo, but I didn’t realize that the magic of solo travel isn’t in waiting for everything to be perfect - it’s in the journey itself.

In 2016, in my mid 30s, tired of waiting, I booked my first true solo trip to Budapest. It was everything I’d imagined -and more. I realized I didn’t just love seeing new places - I loved the quiet confidence that came with navigating the world on my own.

That trip was a turning point. I felt like I was reconnecting with a deeper part of myself that had been dormant for too long.

As I explored new destinations, I was also beginning to explore new aspects of myself, especially my growing interest in wellness. Wellness had always been a side passion, something I put on hold while climbing the corporate ladder.

But the more I traveled, the more I realized that true wellness isn’t just about a healthy body - it’s about aligning your mind, body, and spirit. I knew I needed to create a life where alignment was central to everything I did.

In 2018, while solo in Mallorca, I experienced one of the most profound internal shifts.  Building for some time… yet now I was fueled to confidently follow my dreams of living abroad, traveling more, and working in wellness.  I returned back to NYC invigorated and determined - even though I had no idea how it all would come together.  I vowed to follow my soul and intuition and figure it out.

It was in 2020 when things started to shift dramatically. A trip to Nosara, Costa Rica, in February during a time of burnout was the wake-up call I needed. I realized I had to break free from the corporate grind and align my career with my true calling. This wasn’t just about balancing travel and wellness - it was about fully integrating both into my life. So I studied and received a Functional Medicine Health Coaching certification, and also returned to Nosara in November 2020, where I lived for two years.

While small changes were in the works, it wasn’t until 2022 when I made the leap, leaving my corporate job to focus on building a wellness business.  I also leaned into regulating my nervous system and trained in breathwork, meditation, and Reiki.

I wasn’t just transforming my health -I was ready to help others transform theirs. Wellness had always been part of my life, but now it was my life’s work. I began building a business that allowed me to support others on their wellness journeys while continuing to live the life I had dreamed -traveling, living abroad, and prioritizing my own health and growth.

Since 2022, I’ve traveled extensively throughout South America, Mexico, Europe, Türkiye and Morocco. I also lived in Buenos Aires for over a year. Each trip was more than just an adventure - it was part of my personal transformation, as I connected with people, places, and experiences that helped me understand who I am at a soul level.

What stands out the most from these experiences is that travel helps me develop a deeper relationship with myself and connect with my inner wisdom. Travel put me in uncomfortable situations, challenged me to grow, and forced me to lean on my intuition and my body in new ways. Over time, I built a stronger sense of self-trust, which gave me the confidence to make aligned choices, not just in my health but in all areas of my life.

Through travel, I cultivated what I now call my “home within.” I learned to trust my body’s cues and make choices that were in alignment with my true needs. This journey helped me uncover my most authentic self, expand beyond the life I had known, and see myself holistically. It gave me a powerful perspective on what I truly needed to thrive.

This is where my work comes in.

While my approach to travel is deeply woven with wellness - nourishing the body with quality food, supporting the nervous system, and curating enriching experiences - the real focus is on self-discovery and personal growth.

I help my clients tune inward for guidance, build deep self-trust, and make choices that align with who they truly are - leaving with a heightened sense of self, clarity about life, and a deeper connection to the wisdom within.

Today, I live a life that blends my passions for wellness, travel, and living abroad. My mission is to help others tap into their own magic through intentional travel, wellness, and deep self-trust. It’s about discovering who you really are, tuning into your body’s wisdom, and creating a life that feels fully aligned with your highest self.

If you’re ready to take that leap, embrace the unknown, and
explore both the world and yourself - let’s go.
Vamos!
